Consult & Contract
It is always an options to set up a FREE consultation before contract to further brainstorm creative ideas, visions, price quotes, and any further questions that you may have about the creative process. Once a quote is set, a contract will be sent for signing.

Create!
On the day of your event, artist Cynthia Midori will show up and create portraits as planned. Each event may have a different and unique system that was previously agreed upon, but ALL events will give guests a station to experience live art and collect a momento to collect & cherish.

RATES & PRICING
Start by filling out the contact form which will be followed with questions about your event for a final quote.
Prices vary based on date & location (for travel), timing/hours,
number of guests (for wedding bookings), and any additional creative designs (custom border, logo etc.)
GENERAL PRICING:
Guest Illustrations for weddings & events fall around $3,000.00
for a 5-8+ hour booking. Keep in mind, time includes:
- set up
- early arrival for completion of couple, bridal party, and family
(for weddings), and any relocation.
Your booking may be priced less or more depending on your event details. Showers are priced differently.
In store illustrations are priced at an hourly rate

Artist travels nationally & internationally, but is local to the Nashville & NYC/ NJ area

Signed Contract and 50% deposit is due in order to book your date

For weddings, the bride and groom receive a 9x12" illustration
