RATES & PRICING

Start by filling out the contact form which will be followed with questions about your event for a final quote. 
Prices vary based on date & location (for travel), timing/hours,
number of guests (for wedding bookings), and any additional creative designs (custom border, logo etc.)
 

GENERAL PRICING:
Guest Illustrations for weddings & events fall around $3,000.00
for a 5-8+ hour booking. Keep in mind, time includes:

- set up

- early arrival for completion of couple, bridal party, and family
(for weddings), and any relocation.
Your booking may be priced less or more depending on your event details. Showers are priced differently. 
In store illustrations are priced at an hourly rate
 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• All illustrations are made with high quality art materials only

• Artist Cynthia Midori has vendor's insurance and can provide COI  

• Artist travels nationally & internationally, but is local to the Nashville & NYC/ NJ area

• Artist offers "gift/surprise" bookings 

• Artist dresses formal & exactly to your event's dress code 

• Signed Contract and 50% deposit is due in order to book your date

• For weddings, the bride and groom receive a 9x12" illustration
